IDCA has completed five years as an organization. It is a big milestone in the life of any organization. We have made a little mark so far in US and India. We need to do much more to realise our vision for India. We are pleased to present this first issue of IDCA News Bulletin. We hope you will find useful. Please send us your suggestions to make it an important instrument for real transformation in India, to benefit the masses who have been left behind despite the country's remarkable progress in many areas.
